PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate; however, Sierra Noir Maison reserves the right to correct errors, update information, modify pricing, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Due to screen settings, lighting, printing processes, and material differences, colors and finished products may vary slightly from digital images or mockups.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Many products offered by Sierra Noir Maison are custom-made or made-to-order. All custom sales are final unless an error is made on our part. Customers are responsible for reviewing custom selections, spelling, colors, sizes, and submitted information before placing orders. Digital mockups and previews are for reference purposes only and may vary slightly from the final physical product.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Customers submitting custom artwork, logos, phrases, or images confirm they own the rights to use such content or have obtained proper authorization. Sierra Noir Maison reserves the right to refuse any design request that may violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws. All Sierra Noir Maison logos, branding, product designs, website content, images, graphics, and original materials remain the property of Sierra Noir Maison and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
SHIPPING
Processing and shipping times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and customization. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Sierra Noir Maison is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, weather delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order products, all custom sales are final. Non-custom items may qualify for returns or exchanges if approved and returned in unused, unworn condition within the stated return window. Customers must contact Sierra Noir Maison regarding damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
PRODUCT CARE
For: Rhinestone embellishments, patches, and specialty finishes should be handled with care. Sierra Noir Maison is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, excessive heat, normal wear, or failure to follow recommended care instructions. Recommended care: Hand wash or gentle cycle cold. Air dry when possible. Avoid high heat directly on embellishments. Do not iron directly over designs or rhinestones.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sierra Noir Maison shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or this website. By purchasing from Sierra Noir Maison, customers agree to use products responsibly and at their own discretion.

Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer information to third parties.
